Premier CrysticROOF Topcoat
The CrysticROOF Premier Topcoat meets BS476 Part 3 for all roof structures and shapes including: flat, valley and pitched roofs, walkways, roof-lights and balconies. When correctly applied, it provides long term UV resistance and weathering performance, remaining watertight and maintenance-free for many years.
CrysticROOF ‘BBA Premier’ is only available from a fully trained accredited CrysticROOF installer and comes with a 25 year materials guarantee (to qualify to become an approved CrysticROOF Premier installer you must attend a one day Training Course).
The CrysticROOF range of cold-applied GRP roofing products was developed specifically for new flat and pitched roof designs. It is a fully BBA approved flat roofing system, which now includes a fire resistant (FR) isophthalic topcoat as standard, helpings installers and contractors avoid the risk of not meeting fire safety legislation and building regulations. Available in Dark Grey (RAL 7015) as standard. Please Note: Catalyst (hardener) must also be added to the Topcoat in order for it to cure. For General Health Information see section on hazards.

The CrysticROOF BBA Premier Resin system is specifically designed for producing seamless flat and pitched roofs, balconies, dorma windows and walkways, along with specialist Fire rated (achieves BS476 part 3) and cold weather CrysticROOF topcoat products.
Manufactured from virgin raw material this Roofing Resin has a colour change system to show that catalyst addition has taken place. It also incorporates a Low Styrene Emission (LSE) technology, which minimises odours. For General Health Information see section on hazards.
Crestabond M1-30 Bonding Agent
Crestabond M1-30 is a toughened, two component 10:1 MMA structural adhesive which is designed for bonding a wide range of substrates including metals, plastics and composite materials in industrial applications.
This adhesive demonstrates excellent impact, peel, shear, compressive strength and fatigue resistance properties across all bonded parts. Crestabond® is a primer-less MMA adhesive, requiring minimal surface preparation helping to reduce overall production costs and increase productivity. Crestabond M1-30 has a working time of between 25 and 35 minutes.
Available in different curing times: M1-05 / M1-20 / M1- 30 & M1-60 (5, 20, 30 & 60 minutes) and in 400ml & 50ml cartridges. Special dispensing gun available.

There are currently three resins in the GlassCast range; GlassCast 3, GlassCast 10 and GlassCast 50. The numbers relate to the thickness, in millimetres, that each resin is typically used at; i.e. 3mm, 10mm and 50mm.
